Status of these documents
Stated plainly: the Customer Agreement, Terms of Service, and Data Processing Agreement are first in-house drafts, written to accurately describe how the Service actually works today — they have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and each says so in its own "Status of this document" section. Treat them as the current working versions, not finalized contracts.
